Inside the Passenger Terminal the pet must be on your lap or inside the transport box. Don’t walk with him loose on the ground, not even on a leash.
Leave your pet in the transport box and place it on the floor if you are at the food court and in the cafeterias.
Service animals with identification have free access to all áreas (Federal Law No. 11,126/2005). However, they can’t be placed on tables and chairs.
