2024
In October 2024, Salgado Filho International Airport reopened its operations after an intense reconstruction process, marking the overcoming of the damage caused by the historic floods in May. The gradual resumption of flights symbolizes the resilience of Rio Grande do Sul and the return of full air connectivity to Porto Alegre.
