Fraport Brasil - Porto Alegre informs you that all recordings, filming, interviews or any other press activities at Porto Alegre Airport must follow the procedures below:

To take pictures or film press vehicles on the airport premises, authorization must be requested at least 24 hours in advance for areas without restricted access, such as the lobby, by emailing imprensapoa@fraport-brasil.com. The request must include the day, time and duration planned, the areas to be accessed and the reason and/or agenda. Please note that the scheduled times must be strictly adhered to, otherwise the activity will have to be rescheduled.

In order to guarantee operational safety, Fraport Brasil does not allow access to restricted areas, such as the courtyard, departure/departure lounges and construction areas, for the purpose of taking photos or making recordings. This is Fraport Brasil's business positioning and is applied to everyone in order to maintain equal treatment of such requests.

Fraport will analyze requests on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right to deny authorization if it does not agree with the action. These measures aim to guarantee the safety of airport operations, the organization of the environment and the comfort of users.
