Passengers boarding domestic and international flights now have a new feature at Porto Alegre Airport: the BCBP (BAR CODED BOARDING PASS). A total of 12 pieces of equipment control passenger access to domestic and international departure lounges: eight for domestic boarding and four for international boarding - of these, three are for direct boarding and one for passengers on a domestic-international connection.

The BCBP provides agility, significantly improving the flow of passengers and avoiding the formation of queues, since the automation of the process allows passengers to read their boarding passes themselves.

The new equipment reinforces Fraport Brasil - Porto Alegre's commitment to transforming Porto Alegre Airport into amodern airport with international standards in terms of security, operations and services.
