Fraport Brasil Ombudsman can now be accessed by QRCode
Porto Alegre Airport's Ombudsman has a new channel of communication with passengers. In October, the totems located in the lobbies and departure lounges gave way to a more technological, agile and modern alternative. Signs with QRCodes direct the user to the Ombudsman's online form so that complaints can be made and sent immediately.
Responsible for analyzing the complaints received through its exclusive communication channels, the Ombudsman's Office deals with complaints, suggestions, information and compliments from passengers and users, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement. All complaints are dealt with in a specific system and in a personalized way.
