Since 2018, when Fraport Brasil took over operations at Porto Alegre Airport and Fortaleza Airport, the Company has carried out its activities with concern and socio-environmental responsibility. More than that, the “ESG em foco” Program has been developed by a multidisciplinary Working Group and included a careful sectoral analysis and the study of the goals and KPIs established by Fraport AG.
A diagnosis of the Company's situation in relation to the topics identified as relevant was also made and, based on that, the Materiality Matrix was prepared, which is used as a guideline for the development of strategic commitments. Four ODSs (Sustainable Development Goals) were adopted and the Company's daily actions permeate these pillars, aiming at the continuity of a business that cares about the environment in which operates and other stakeholders.
