The Porto Alegre Airport is served by bus lines of the city’s public transportation system. The system is managed by EPTC, the public transportation company of the City of Porto Alegre.

Passengers arriving at the Porto Alegre Airport may use the regular taxi service offered by COOTAERO. Stands are located on the first level, right outside the Arrivals area.
Passengers can book trips to Porto Alegre, other cities in the metropolitan region and smaller towns in the State of Rio Grande do Sul. For convenience, trips can be paid with credit cards. The service runs 24/7.

Citral is the company that provides shuttle services between the Porto Alegre Airport and the cities of Gramado and Canela, both located at the mountain range of the State of Rio Grande do Sul. Shuttles run every day on an hourly basis. They depart from the bus station, located next to Parking 3, outside the Passenger Terminal. The shuttle buses are equipped with comfortable, reclining seats, air conditioning, restrooms and wi-fi.
