Curbside access for people with disabilities
People with disabilities who need more than the 10-minute grace period allowed for pick-up and drop-off at the curbside of the Passenger Terminal should send an email to email@example.com with the following subject: “PCD – utilização meio-fio” (or “Person with disability - curbside access”), containing: full name, travel date, flight number, flight time, airline, valid copy of the person with disability certificate, as provided for in Law No. 13.146/15, and a signed copy of the LGPD Consent Form (click HERE to download the document). False statements are subject to the penalties set forth by law. This information must be submitted at least 72 business hours in advance of the flight date.
- Applicants will receive an access code by e-mail.
- Upon arrival at the airport, they must collect the parking ticket at the entrance and drive to accessible parking spaces at the curbside.
- If more time is needed for pick-up or drop-off (maximum of 30 minutes, including the 10-minute grade period), they must validate the ticket at the Estapar desk located at level 1 of the Parking Garage (round building).
- The ticket will only be validated upon presentation of the code that was sent via e-mail.
Applicants must necessarily perform the advance procedure described above to be entitled to the aforementioned extra time to use the curbside accessible parking spaces.
