The airport operates on a 24/7 basis.
2.Covid-19 testing policy:
We do not require airport users to take a Covid-19 test before entering the airport. However, we advise passengers to contact their airline about the documents required to fly.
3.Covid-19 tests at the airport:
We do not perform Covid-19 tests at the airport.
4.Covid-19 preventive measures:
We provide instructions on the importance of social distancing, face masks, symptoms, and prevention through our sound and visual communication system. We intensified the cleaning and sanitation routine at the Terminal and installed thermal cameras for temperature measurement at the entrance of the domestic boarding area. Passengers can also find hand sanitizers at the airport’s busiest areas. The Terminal was disinfected in a partnership with the Brazilian Army.
The airport does not provide information about airline ticket prices. Please contact the airlines directly.
Airlines are responsible for changes in flight date and time. We advise passengers to contact the airline that issued the ticket.
For domestic flights, you will need a Brazilian ID (RG) or another official photo ID. For international flights, you will need a valid passport. Some countries require a visa. Others require documents to prove you have taken certain vaccines. We advise passengers to contact the office of the consulate of the country they are visiting in advance for specific information.
8.Traveling with children and adolescents:
For domestic flights, you must present the child’s birth certificate (original or notarized copy) or another official photo ID. For children under 12 years of age, you must also present a document proving you are the child’s parent/guardian or that you are related to the child’s parent/guardian. The requirements of the Children and Adolescents Act and the Juvenile Court must be observed.
Adolescents from 12 to 15 years of age who are not accompanied by their parents need a travel consent in accordance with the legal requirements of the Children and Adolescents Act and the local Juvenile Court (in addition to the other documents mentioned above).
Adolescents from 16 to 17 years of age can travel without the parents’ or guardian’s consent.
For international flights, a passport is required for identification, in addition to the requirements of the National Council of Justice, the local Juvenile Court, and the Federal Police.

9.Lost or damaged baggage:
Airlines are responsible for safekeeping and transporting checked baggage. We advise passengers to contact the airline that issued the ticket.
10.Travelling with pets:
Cats and dogs may be allowed to travel in the aircraft cabin or cargo hold. A muzzle may be required depending on the size of the animal. A health certificate issued by a veterinarian enrolled with the Regional Board of Veterinary Medicine (CRMV) is required.
For other species and wild animals, you must present an Animal Transportation Form (Guia de Trânsito Animal - GTA) issued by a veterinarian accredited by the Brazilian Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Environment or by the state sanitation authority.
11.Bringing your pet to the Terminal:
Pets are allowed in the airport in travelling boxes or on the owner’s lap, except in the food court, where they have to stay in a travelling box at all times. Service or emotional support dogs have free access to all airport facilities provided that they are identified as such.
The airport does not have an airplane spotting area.
